How to apply:
Obtain the necessary information and then click on Apply Now. Before you apply be sure to have the following information handy: Student SSN, Guarantor SSN, guarantor information or $200 deposit, $200 application fee, Island ID. Fees for application & deposit can be paid via credit card or ACH.

When Is Rent Due?
The first of each month. If all rent is not paid on or before the third day of the month, the resident must pay an initial late charge of $35.00 on the fourth day of the month plus $5.00 per day each additional day that payment is delayed.
You may transfer if you are in good standings and have no current balance on the account. All transfers must be approved by management. Fill out a transfer form and all requested information. There is a $100 transfer fee if transfer is approved.
Residents have the right to terminate their lease prior to their lease start date and after their lease starts. Written notice is required, and fees must be paid depending on when the resident decides to terminate his or her lease.
